Investigators reviewing CCTV footage reportedly captured several students arranging mattresses inside the dormitory moments before the fire broke out. 

The footage is said to show the suspects carefully positioning the mattresses before setting them ablaze, triggering a fast spreading inferno that quickly engulfed the dormitory.

A student who survived the incident has become a key witness in the ongoing investigation.

According to sources close to the probe, the survivor had been trapped inside one of the cubicles during the attack and witnessed the events as they unfolded.

The student later gave a detailed account to investigators and was able to identify several girls allegedly involved in the planning and execution of the suspected arson attack. This testimony has provided crucial leads as detectives continue piecing together the sequence of events.
