A Big Boost for Ruto as DCP Leaders Allegedly Plot to Leave the Party and Join Him

A fresh political prediction has stirred debate across Kenya, leaving many people wondering whether another major political shift is already taking shape.

The unexpected remarks quickly spread online, and supporters appeared divided as speculation over Cleophas Malala's next move intensified.

Kakamega Governor Fernandes Barasa claimed that former UDA Secretary General Cleophas Malala is gradually making his way back to President William Ruto's government.

Barasa made the remarks after Malala recently held a meeting with Cooperatives and MSMEs Cabinet Secretary Wycliffe Oparanya, a development that immediately fueled political speculation.

Reports also indicated that Malala met Higher Education Principal Secretary Beatrice Inyangala, further attracting public attention.

According to Barasa, the meetings suggest Malala could be rebuilding ties with leaders serving in the Kenya Kwanza administration despite his public fallout with the ruling party.

Although neither Malala nor the government has confirmed any plans for him to join the administration, Barasa insisted the signs point in that direction.

The incident sparked reactions online as many Kenyans shared mixed opinions. Some argued that dialogue between political rivals is normal and healthy, while others viewed the meetings as evidence that fresh political alliances may be forming ahead of the 2027 General Election.

Many people were left talking as the speculation continued to dominate political discussions.

What happened next surprised many as Barasa maintained that time would eventually prove his prediction right.

Whether Malala is simply consulting leaders across the political divide or preparing for a dramatic return to government remains uncertain, but the meetings have undoubtedly added a new twist to Kenya's fast-changing political landscape.
