Hon. Gathoni Wamuchomba has issued a strong critique of a leading presidential aspirant, accusing him of promoting division through his recent public statements. 

In a detailed post on social media, the outspoken politician highlighted concerns over a one-hour live interview conducted in the Kikuyu language.

She claimed the candidate focused primarily on telling one community that they are hated, targeted, and discriminated against, without addressing broader national challenges.

Wamuchomba questioned the absence of any substantive discussion on key issues affecting Kenyans. 

These include strategies to transform the economy, reduce poverty levels, eliminate jiggers, promote boy child empowerment, eradicate drug abuse, improve trade and cash crop farming, and enhance healthcare services. 

She described this approach as a clear sign of tribalism rather than visionary leadership.

The former legislator warned that the candidate, referred to in some circles as Mlima, is heading toward significant political trouble. 

According to her, he is being influenced by a blind chauvinistic associate filled with self-entitlement.

Wamuchomba emphasized that while she might face criticism for her views, the facts remain evident. She urged citizens to recognize the dangers of such rhetoric as the country prepares for the 2027 general elections.

This latest intervention has sparked debates across political circles, with many viewing it as a timely call for issue-based campaigns.
