Ntakulipa:TikToker leaks screenshots of women asking her to infect their cheating husbands with HIV

Kenyan TikToker Liza Achieng has sparked debate online after claiming that some women allegedly approached her with requests to deliberately infect their unfaithful husbands or boyfriends with HIV.

According to Liza, some of the women allegedly offered her up to KSh 50,000 to carry out the act, claiming they wanted revenge against partners who had cheated on them. She shared the claims while discussing the dangers of responding to betrayal with actions that could harm others.

The content creator, who openly speaks about living with HIV, emphasized that she cannot transmit the virus because she is undetectable. She explained that she has consistently taken her medication, which has helped control the virus and maintain her health.

Liza urged people in troubled relationships to seek healthier solutions rather than engaging in revenge that could have serious consequences.

She encouraged women facing challenges with unfaithful partners to consider leaving toxic relationships instead of trying to cause harm.

She also reminded people at risk of HIV exposure to learn about prevention options, including available medical interventions that can reduce the chances of infection.

The allegations have generated mixed reactions from social media users, with many discussing issues surrounding trust, infidelity, HIV stigma, and the importance of responsible decision-making.

Health experts have repeatedly emphasized that people living with HIV who maintain treatment and achieve an undetectable viral load cannot sexually transmit the virus, a concept commonly known as Undetectable

Liza’s remarks have reignited conversations about relationships, revenge, and the need for awareness around HIV prevention and treatment.
