Some days workers would sit idle from morning until evening without attending to even a few clients. Meanwhile, nearby salons with smaller spaces and fewer services remained busy every day while my business continued struggling badly.
The situation became emotionally and financially stressful because I still had rent, salaries, electricity bills, and product costs to pay every month. I tried advertising, lowering prices, and introducing promotions, but nothing brought lasting improvement. Sometimes customers would enter, ask about services, and leave without returning again.
As time passed, I became frustrated and hopeless because the business consumed all my savings without giving meaningful returns. Friends and relatives even advised me to close the salon completely because they believed it would never succeed.
