My name is Alice, a woman from Kakamega, Kenya, and I want to share my story to encourage people struggling with frightening dreams, emotional distress, and fear that affects their peace of mind. 

For several years, I lived in constant fear because I kept having strange dreams involving dead people almost every night.At first, I ignored the dreams thinking they would eventually stop on their own. However, with time, they became more disturbing and frequent.

Sometimes I dreamt of unknown people calling me, while other times I saw deceased relatives speaking to me in frightening ways that left me terrified even after waking up.The situation slowly started affecting my emotional well-being badly. 

I feared sleeping at night because I knew the terrifying dreams would likely return again. Some nights I woke up screaming, sweating, and trembling with fear.
