President William Ruto has intensified his warning ahead of the planned June 25 demonstrations, declaring that his government will not allow any individual or group to destabilise the country through unlawful protests.
Speaking today during the National Productivity and Performance Conference in Nairobi, William Ruto said the government respects the constitutional right to peaceful assembly but will act firmly against those seeking to incite chaos, destroy property, or disrupt economic activities.
The President stressed that his administration has a responsibility to safeguard the rights of all Kenyans, including traders, investors and business owners whose livelihoods depend on a stable environment.
