The Motion On Impeachment Cannot Stand, MP Sudi Withdrew His Signature- Lawyer Kinyanjui Alleges

The outspoken Lawyer Kinyanjui, who wanted the judgment of Gachagua set aside, has finally revealed some of the arguments in the petition that were never enjoined during the hearing. 

He has revealed that he was ready to indicate all the reasons why Gachagua was supposed to win the case since the motion tabled in parliament was dead on arrival.

Kinyanjui has allegedly stated that the outspoken Member of Parliament Oscar Sudi withdrew his signature before the motion was tabled and this made sure that the process was invalid. 

He has indicated that the withdrawal of a signature of a single member would demand the repeat of the entire process, thus acquitting the former Deputy President.

Kinyanjui has indicated that he is ready to begin the petition at the Court of Appeal and will clearly demonstrate the violation and the courts will subsequently rule that the motion was invalid and should be repeated. This will go a long way in making sure that justice is served to the people of Kenya.
