Kiraitu Murungi Breaks His Social Media Silence Since His Daughter’s Burial With a Message to Kenyan

Former Meru Governor Kiraitu Murungi has broken his public silence following the burial of his daughter, Anita Kendi, expressing gratitude to Kenyans who stood with his family during one of the most painful periods of their lives.

In a heartfelt message shared after the funeral, Murungi thanked friends, relatives, leaders, and members of the public who offered support following the sudden death of his daughter. 

He acknowledged the many phone calls, prayers, condolence messages, visits, and words of encouragement that poured in after the family announced the tragic news.

According to Murungi, the overwhelming support provided comfort and strength as the family struggled to come to terms with the devastating loss. 

He said the gestures of kindness reminded them that they were not facing their grief alone and helped ease the burden of mourning.

The veteran politician noted that every act of sympathy, whether large or small, carried special meaning for the family during a difficult and emotional period.
