Former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has strongly rejected claims connecting him to an individual allegedly being presented as his relative, describing the allegations as false and politically motivated.

Speaking during an online address that has since attracted widespread attention on social media, Gachagua insisted that he has never met the man in question and has no family, social, or personal relationship with him. 

The former deputy president argued that attempts to associate him with the individual are part of a broader campaign aimed at damaging his reputation as political tensions continue to intensify.

According to Gachagua, the person being linked to him is someone he does not know and has never interacted with.
