The embassy started issuing one-year Laisser-Passer travel documents on September 7 2026. Applications run daily from 9am to 2pm. Applicants must bring a passport photo with white background. A national ID copy is also required.
A full identity certificate and valid residence certificate must be submitted too. Documents cannot be collected the same day. Anyone applying today must return the next day for pickup.
