Kiharu MP Ndindi Nyoro has explained how his once-close relationship with President William Ruto deteriorated, linking the fallout to disagreements surrounding Rigathi Gachagua’s impeachment in 2024.
Speaking during a television interview on Wednesday, September 2, Nyoro said his relationship with Ruto did not collapse after one confrontation. He described the change as a gradual process that followed several political disagreements.
Nyoro recalled a 2024 meeting involving Mt Kenya leaders, where Kithure Kindiki was expected to be presented as their link to the government.
He said Ruto called him before the meeting and instructed him to attend and read a prepared statement to the media. Although he agreed during the call, Nyoro said he later decided not to participate. TO READ MORE, CLICK HERE.
