The Jubilee party top leadership led by its party leader Uhuru Kenyatta, deputy party leaders Dr. Fred Matiangi who is also the party's presidential candidate and Jeremiah Kioni has suffered a major political setback after the Political Parties Dispute Tribunal made a very and regrettable ruling this evening that differently affects the party.
This comes after the Tribunal made a ruling that the appointment of Koitalel Ole Kenta as the party's Secretary General was null and void since he was not a registered Jubilee party member by the time of his appointment as the party's Secretary General.
The Tribunal has ruled that since he was not a Jubilee party registered member, his appointment is therefore null and void hence sending the party back to the drawing board to find a new Secretary General a head of the polls.
This is a major political setback to the party as they have been sent back to the drawing board and find a new Secretary General a head of the polls.
